Use this as a guide.

We're almost even money by the river, and the dead blind money in the pot should get us there. This is, of course, assuming worst case scenario that his 5% PFR is a TAG's 5% and NOT an LPP's 5%.

When a 50 VPIP raises a small amount of hands preflop, he doesn't choose the top hands that pokerstove offers. This is a very important concept. Some of his PFR's are simply because he feels like doing so.

Anything less than a 3-bet here is just bad poker.
