edit: i was about 90% sure he had a FLUSH so was I justified in calling in attempt to fill up? were my pot odds wrong? thx

As for the odds, assuming that you're behind to a flush, you need to call about $120 in a pot of about $210, so you're getting about 1.75:1, which in turn means you need about 17 outs to call with 1 card to come. You have no implied odds, because villain is already all-in.
So if your opponent does have the flush then no, you do not have the odds to call.
However, you also need to add in the possibility of a bluff or lesser hand; its really hard to be 90% sure that someone really has a flush in this case. You didn't provide any reads, and so I think a fold is the correct play in the absence of any other information. However, against a typical LAG player, this could easily be a call.
