I'm not really sure what kind of advice you are looking for. All of the play at Poker Academy is strictly for cyberbux only. However, they do have a ratings system and tiered tables. The tier one table is hit and miss as far as player skill, but tier 2 I find is pretty typical to online play at the lower limits.
It's fun - everyone is good natured and share ideas and strategies. It's worth checking out.
