Return of the Dragon (Chuck Norris fight owns) and most other Bruce Lee movies.
Bloodsport is awesome and a pinnacle in terms of tournament style martial art movies. However JCVD is just a big ballerina.
Ong Bak is really cool although there's not a TON of fighting. Muay thai is rad.
Also Sidekick w/ Chuck Norris and Jonathon Brandis of Seaquest DSV fame is an absolute masterpiece (joke).
