Default Re: What hand is your main money maker?

Its by far and away AA for every winning player. AA is just a monster which crushes every other hand.

Over 24k hands at NL100

AA 7bb/100
88 3.48bb/100
AJs 3.41bb/100
KK 3.32bb/100

Here you see big hands tending towards the top. Pocket pairs have crazy varience because over a small sample size the bst ones will be ones that have hit sets and stacked people. Hense the position of 88 above KK.

Biggest losers

K9s -1.22
A7s -1.08
Q8s -1.01

Poor hands which lose me money but they mostly come from steals/bluffs gone wrong. I think cutting them out would reduce my action significantly.

More importantly, position

Button 0.19bb/100
CO 0.11bb/100
MP 0.7bb/100

Also I just noticed I'm getting killed in the small blind, there are a couple of bad beats in there but it looks nasty without them. What kind of sb VPIP are people aiming at?
