Step 1: Set up a 900 number that charges not by the minute but by the call - cahrge $50 per call
Step 2: Obtain UPS uniform
Step 3: Walk into office building with package under arm - try to deliver said package to receptionist using fictitious name. Once receptionist tells you no such person works there, ask to use phone to call dispacher (dial 900 number instead). If the receptionist offers to dial the number for you, have her dial a friends cell phone - which he should answer with "UPS Dispatch".
Step 4: Profit Bitch!
