What psandman said, basically. This is a half-kill game:
In the HE part of the rotation, there is a posted kill (15 in 10-20 game) to drive the action.
In the stud part of the rotation, the stakes go up (from 10-20 to 15-30) but there is no forced bet to drive the action. This seems odd and incorrect.
(both games are played high-only)
