I used to deal a stud High Low Game with a version of a kill. They called it the Hoggy game. It was 2-10 (2-20 on the end) double qualifier 8 or better for low 2 pair or better for High. If a player scooped a pot of $100 or more he got the hoggy button. The player with the Hoggy button had a mandatory raise to $10. the bring in was $2, so the bring in would bet $2 and then when the action got to the hoggy button he would have to raise to $10 (though I suppose he would be allowed to raise to $12 if he wanted). The antes and stakes didn't get raised, the only thing was the mandatory raise.

This game bounced around a lot of the casinos and it might still be spread somewhere.
