Here is more salt in the wound. Once I figured I would never reach 2.5 million Ultimate Points to get the Harley, I decided to use 3.5K on a book. They forward my request on to their service department on Oct. 29. Sure enough, today, I get an email saying, "There are not enough Ultimate Points in your account for the book." I guess there aren't any points in there, since the account is now closed. Uggh! Can't wait till I get a rakeback deal so I can go back to Ultimate Bet. While on the subject, anyone know if I can request my current UB account to be closed, so I can open another one with RB?
