The push isn't THAT much of a bad play because you are isolating the short stack, which I believe is what you are trying to do.
Xorbie can't call with QQ/JJ/AQ because of the risk of AK/AA/KK.
I think what Ghazban was trying to do was to get the weaker hand HU and steal the dead money Xorbie put in the pot.
