No, but my mom once had dog meat. She was actually tricked into eating it. Her siblings told her it was beef and so she believed them and ate it. She said it was actually pretty good. Her anecdote lead me to believe that the practice of eating dog meat was the exception and not the common practice. Its possible that this is actually because dog meat may be expensive.
