I just got back from my first trip to vegas and I played in some tournies. Stay away from the Luxor, the tourney structure is TERRIBLE, you basically need to be all-in sometime in the first 2 times around the table....I also a played a tourney at the Orleans, they have a great structure, an Omaha H/L trny w/ 80 people took over 6 hours. Blinds go up slow and they give you plents of chips (I'm assuming NLHE structure will be comparable). Hope this helps.
