During the feature section on Adam Schoenfeld, he mentioned that he thought other players getting massages at the table was disgusting. He elaborated with the 400-pound/ass crack comment. The last shot was a candid of him talking to someone off camera (probably a producer or similar) and quipping "I think you should use that."
