How is that surprising? The only thing that stopped them from making a serious run this year was their youth. With the experience they gained this year down the stretch, they should be very dangerous. Also, Peter Gammon's has reported that Jim Thome is not happy in Philli and may be interested in returning to Cleveland. First base is Cleveland's only hole besides possibly Bob Wickman who I am still not sold on as being a top notch closer.
