God knows what the river would look like if the prior streets were played as described but in the instant case probbaly call 1 bet and expect to lose.
It is not often that you get such monsterous hands. When they appear you really must jam them.

Exactly. The real message of this hand should not be about the river. It should be that hero severly underplayed his hand on the early streets, particularly against multi-way fields.
(Hero should realize he has 14 outs to two pair, trips, or the nut flush on the flop (=huge equity edge 3 way or more), and 13 outs to the nut flush or a very likely good full house on the turn (almost neutral 3 ways and a clear edge once you consider you may have the best hand)).
