I think you are ahead and/or could improve w/2 OC's and a GSSD on a semi-ragged flop. You should bet. You might win the pot right away if they both missed the flop and fold. If only one folds your chances to win are improved. If they both call, they might both check the turn and you may get a free card. You have a stake in the pot (even though it is small) so you should not fold and a check let's anyone with a weak draw stay in too cheaply.
