I don't hate it, but unless CO has been running over the table and snapping up every pot no one shows interest in, I don't think I'd bother calling the flop.
There's a good chance you do have 6 pair outs plus your backdoors, though. You may also be ahead of CO, but what do you plan to do if you don't improve on the turn?
If I decided to contest the pot, I think I'd begin with a flop lead, planning to call a raise if it comes from the LAG and see a turn.
