This is what occurred to me. And doesn't the fact that the guy raised pf after posting make it somewhat less likely his hand is really strong?

He three-bet a UTG raise. This has no fold equity, so I would give him the same range as if he hadn't posted. I think only when a poster raises first in do you need to become suspicious.
