Not necessarily true. You have to take the action and get the number - its not a sure sign that she wouldnt wanna see you again. Ask around to people you trust to see how you can meet up with her again, and do that best you can to meet up with her. If you have to get her number through someone else b/c you can't find her, you can do that, but try and find her if you can.


And remember, always always get the phone number!
