Best are Bellagio and Alladin. I think Alladin is around $25 and Bellagio is around $30 for dinner. Be warned that while Bellagio is clearly the king of Vegas buffetts, finicky people may not like it. One of my friends described it as a buffet consisting of animals you might see on Wild Kingdom. He is definitely more the burger & fries type.

The best less expensive buffetts are off the strip. If you go downtown, Main Street Station is pretty good and about $11 or so for dinner
