He's mostly known for his idea that almost all of the top pros and many casino employees are cheats and that you cannot win at the high middle limits without cheating. He's a known cheater who is also at least a very good player and has posted some good strategy advice.

He's mostly regarded as "truth-challenged" at best. The problem is that some of what he says is true, and some of the pros (e.g., Sklansky, Negreanu) have met him and confirmed a bit of what he says. So he's not lying 100% of the time, but what % is correct is up for debate.
