Good points (although I think mostsmooth caught a small error, probably a typo). I guess it can be summed up be saying when all-in odd chips impact betting triggers, you need to be aware of when they should go in.

I don't play much outside of LA but when I do I get the impression dealers, on average, have better English skills. In addition, within LA, a considerable portion of the customer base has limited or hard to understand English. It's mostly demographics. This in large part impacts and limits the way dealers interact with customers verbally, and fixing these types of errors often require considerable verbal interaction.

That doesn't mean I don't think LA dealers are good, in fact I do. But putting the burden on them to solve problems that require a large amount of verbal interaction isn't wise policy since it's something that doesn't consistently work.
