Since you seem fairly indifferent I recommend not playing poker due to the extremely lackluster quality of Chicago-area casinos.
Instead I would recommend hitting up either the
Art Institute or the
Magnificent Mile depending on what you're into.
After that have dinner somewhere on/around Rush Street and enjoy libations somewhere in the area.
