I never tip the floor where I play (small cardroom) but sometimes wonder if I should be. The thing about tipping is that if someone doesn't usually get tipped, if feels wierd to throw him a lousy dollar or two. I mean, the dealers get tipped every hand, so those dollars add up quick and I'm sure they genuinely appreciate each one. As for the floor, though, I'd feel strange giving him a buck or two and expecting him to feel grateful, but I don't think I can justify throwing him a green chip.

Any of the floormen on the board want to share their feelings on this?
