Hero has one queen, three others are out. If Villain also has the nut straight on the flop, he's 33/67 to have the Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Plus, just having the Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] does not mean he's suited in spades.
