Well - most of the time when I travel between the casinos its usually close enough for me to walk or ride the bike. Of course bike hours on the Boardwalk at only 6am to 10am so I have to use the main drag...
I do use the Jitney which is the small bus @ $1.75. But I also use NJ Transit buses. In particular I use them a lot more in the summer when I go down to Margate or Longport and ride back on bike or walk the beach! Ah... The babes on the beach are a sight to see! (A bit of culture!)
But in summer I do bike to the Borgeta. The Valet attendants don't like it when I park my bike in front of the big front doors.
As far as culture - Don't you read the billboards when drive in on US30/US40/AC_Xway ??? Every weekend there are shows!!! Take your pick?

I'm fast asleep @ 2am when the toothless hookers are wandering the streets.
And if you are looking for them at that time of the night, why not settle for ones that have a bit of a bite that hang around the casino bars...
