There is no way you can fold here. The biggest thing here is the blinds compared to stacks. You have 200, and you say everybody is also at 200, with $3-$5 you have to loosen up your play because the high blinds dictate that. You also have good implied odds if you hit your set. If he does have a big pair overpair and the flop comes 10 high you'll double up. He may also have AK or AQ in which case you are ahead.

Where is this anyway that the blinds are so high compared to the starting stacks? I've never seen a NL game with a $5 BB where max buy in was $200, I've never seen a max buy-in in a $5 BB game for less than 500. This type really encourages loose fast play, because the chances are your opponents will not adjust.
