If you were in early position I would not like the flop bet, but 3 of your opponents have already shown weakness and the board is fairly ragged. On the turn I fire one last shot because the flush possibility will scare off some opponents.

I concur w/ this comment. I'd bet out on the flop and turn, then I'd check/fold the river. Against a passive opponent, K-high probably isn't good to a bet especially in a ring game. This seems like a situation where only a better hand would call and a worse would fold. He called the flop and the turn, why wouldn't he do the same on the river if he had a piece of it?
But since I'm the King of Results Orientation...In this hand, CO could been on a one card flush draw picked up on the turn. Or if he actually had a hand better than yours, he could have had a pair of 3s/4s that he didn't think were good against you.
