A quick google search brought up this as the emigrant routing number: 226070403
Also, I recently made my first deposit into PP with IGM to ING and it seemed to have worked. I haven't played yet though. The thing that sucks is the $500 deposit limit. Maybe it can be changed like at stars.
Edit: I may be wrong. A quick check to
Emigrant's FAQ shows their routing number as 226070319.
