I played on two prima sites Expekt and Partbet for almost two years. None of them ever asked for ID or wanted to call me or whatever. That is one of the reasons I did actually chose them, they were (atleast for me) hassle free, coz I hate that ID hassle myself.
It might be some skins of prima hassling you, but not prima itself.
