Like everything in poker I'd say the answer is, 'depends' What have you seen from this guy to put him on AQ? If he has AA-88 he'll have you dominated, if he has two overs it's a coin flip. He's going to be getting pot odds to call you if he has the over cards or the pairs. The only thing you realy want to see is split big/little or under pairs. Not usually very likely from UTG+2

Your M is a little over 5 (assuming a full table)which means you should be in push mode, idealy you want to be first in. You have the blinds coming up which will eat another 1/6th of your stack.

Normally, I like to be the first one in with middle pairs when I push with a short stack. I'd probably let it go unless I was very confident of my read.
