I think you need some hand definition on the flop, raise the flop, you mighta out flopped a bigger hand and the raise will likely get you a free river card, keeping the pot smaller than it is. A raise to 4 on the flop is what I would like to do, check behind on the turn, and villian might try to push you out thinking you were on a flush draw or have a low pair w/ just A high.
