you could probably somewhat accurately simulate these situations using TTH. I don't have my copy anymore. if anyone has it I'd be interested in seeing it. there's a good argument for both.
the other ncie thing about TT is you might be able to rehit it sometimes if there's a raise.
this is a call according to HPFAP but I'm never quite sure what I can apply from that book. some of their assumptions of the games just don't apply.
