I think the TAG's raise may just mean that he doesn't respect the LAG's attempt to steal, and hence may be playing a great but non premium hand. Tag's range: 77+, AJ+, ATs, A8+?, KQ?, KJ?, ... It depends on how loose LAG is: the looser, the more ?ed hands I add.

I would raise any hand I would play here, starting with 99+, AQ+, then adding more Aces, more pairs, and [redact] the more loose that LAG is. Folding KJ-, 66-, A8-, QJ- always.
