Default Short-stacked: JJ in BB

.50/$1 NL. I have only 20 BB in my stack.

UTG, a solid player, raises to $3. I'm thinking I should just call and see a flop, because I know he has something. But then the ultimate calling station comes in behind him.

I don't like his call for a couple of reasons: 1) I much prefer to play JJ heads-up. 2) I know he could have somethink like Ax or QT, and I want to charge him if he wants to try and draw out against me.

The thing is, the only way to get him out would be to raise to $9. Since I only have $20, if I bet $9, and UTG re-raised, I would be pot-committed. So it's either push or call. Which one?
