Why? The sites are up and running. Most players have no issues. And the problems are general backbone-related. Don't you have an alternate means of connecting to the Internet in the even of issues like this? First time I got disconnected once I started 4 $209 SNGs I got a backup.

I was "disconnected" from my Party tables tonight even though my connection to
www.yahoo.com was 100% and the report came up "very good" from Party.
Only my
www.partypoker.com connection was having problems so I think there's a bug in their latest software update. If it would just switch to yahoo when the party connection goes down, there would be no disconnects.
I don't see how having a backup connection would help in this instance.
