Why not? You're getting 5:1 on a bet, and I'd say there's a 16% chance you'll get a Q/J/T-high to fold. QQ will know his hand is dead to Ax, so why not give it a shot? Obviously it will be the last bet you put into the pot, but by checking he is surrendering his own chance to buy it. Another thing to consider is that if an A or Q falls on the river, it could be chop and it would be nice to take the pot now before that happens.
