The only thing thing I imagine they could be charged with is Promoting Gambling in the 2nd degree which is a misdemeanor.

Anybody who is considering becoming a dealer in a legal establishment anywhere should stay clear of dealing in these clubs. A conviction of a gambling offense will likely disqualify you from gaming license in other jurisdictions.
