E. Anti-Spam Policy

Xxx does not tolerate spam in any form.

User understands and agrees that Xxx considers any spamming by User to be a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and will result in User’s account will be frozen by Xxx.

Any User who receives SPAM from a Xxx client should report this to Xxx immediately. If it is proven that any User or client engages in spam activity then Xxx will hold that User or client’s account, notify them of the problem immediately, and enforce Xxx’s anti-spam policy.
