We play every Wednesday night, and we start with T2000. Our blind structure is similar with the addition of the 75-150 level. It works out well, but you'll never get 3-4 hours out of it - ours last about 2 hours. You'd have to up it to T4000 or so.
Our buy-in is $20, so we use T2000 to start.
When we have a $40 buy-in, we up it to T4000.
When we have a $50 buy-in, we up it to T5000.
