Poker is very situational and a good way to analyze your decisions is for you to post some hands in the Micro-Limit forum. Others can then follow the hand and give their opinions on how they would play the hand. The more specific you can be on your read of other players and what you were thinking when you were playing the hand will help.
Other then that I can only say play tight pre-flop, count your outs, and don't chase.
