Re: I just tilted away half my bankroll in 5 minutes, laugh at me
Last time i blew my roll was 5 months ago. After breaking things, the first thing i did was sit down and write down how shitty it felt. Then i analyzed my play. Back then it was something like "i suck with a big stack, stand up with 2.5 buyins or more at the table" etc.
Then I wrote out limits on how much to lose and what stakes to play. Then i went into Paint and made a black background and wrote in big [censored] yellow letters GET YOUR [censored] TOGETHER and under it wrote down my limits.
It was the desktop on my computer for 3 months.
Seeing that every single time i looked at my computer (and explaining it to others) certainly motivated me to fix my [censored].
