Are you talking about 1-2 NL? If so, both Taj and Borgata have it. If you're talking limit, the lowest offered anywhere in AC is 2-4 (also at both of these places).

Weekday tournaments are generally cheap (50 or 60 I think). Check the websites of Taj, Tropicana and Borgata for details.

Cheap hotels/motels are available. In AC, cheap motels should be avoided esp if they aren't chains (like Econolodge) since they might be sketchy. Try nearby Absecon (within 10 mins drive). I'd recommend Comfort Inn North (10 mins from Taj, 5 from Borg) as room rates aren't that bad.
