I think autorate rules for 6 max are fairly useless. They don't take in to account blind steals/defense, they don't look at agression by street, they usually mis-characterize good players who open with a wide range of hands and play really well post-flop.

My personal opinion is that your best bet is to get PA HUD set up with all the pertinent stats to that game and leave autorating to the full tablers. 6 max is so nuanced and autorating glosses over a whole lot of useful information.
