In big pots in live games, when all the chips are in before all the cards are out, the players will sometimes ask the dealer to "run it twice," meaning that the dealer will run out the remaining cards twice. Whoever wins with the first deal wins half, whoever wins with the second deal wins the other half.
In this case, the Villian sucked out on the first run when the river was a 2, and lap won the second one when the river was a blank.
