I sympathize with your situation. However, I think once the deck is dealt and money has been wagered based on the deal, it is too late to object.
A deck of cards needs to be shuffled approximately 7 times for a true randomization to occur. If I ever saw a casino dealer do a hand-shuffle (where I play it's all auto-shuffled) I would make sure he shuffled 7 times and then accept that the cards are what (and where) they are.
If the dealer shuffles fewer than 7 times, I would certainly speak up, but it needs to be before the deal.
In any case, this cost you $30? Is that right? Let it go. Life is too short to still be thinking about this.
