i'm not sure you should always use pot odds as gospel.
if say our stack was 400 less then,
lets say 40% of the time we do win the 3 way all-in
(0.4 x 500) + (0.6 x 200) = 200 + 120 = 320
but if we fold then we get
(0.25 x 500) + (0.75 x 300) = 125 + 225 = 350
so surely if we were the shortest stack it would be correct to fold, no?
