Notices the mistake, spreads second deck and starts shuffling manually. Shuffler finishes the face up deck, dealer turns it around to shuffle again and starts dealing with manually shuffled deck. I check and fold, but I've been wondering ever since if I should've called the floor and complain about insufficient randomisation.

If it is random 3 to a straight flush has to flop sometimes. That being said one of the problems with machines is that come dealers never learn to shuffle.
