Default What\'s your play here? (Multi-part)

So I'm home from MTSU for the weekend and I ask this girl I used to kind of date back in high school (she is a senior in high school--another story) for some dinner. She accepts and I tell her I'll call her Saturday around 3 to set up plans for that night.

It's nothing major--and my tone of voice kind of dictated that. This is going to strictly be a friends type of thing. Anyway, we set up the plans for dinner and head out to the local Mexican restaurant. She is looking beautiful as ever but I've pretty much tried to tell myself that if it didn't work once it won't work again.

Anyway, we have dinner and finish eating and are just chatting about random things and as the time goes on we begin to realize that the waiter apparently has forgotten about us. After a while, she sugguests that we just get up and go and tell the cashier what we had (I know the cashier so this is not like some unprecendented move).

My question here is what kind of tip do I leave? The waiter apparently forgot all about us after the food was served (no refills, no check)

My second question is what do I need to do about this girl? I really like her, but I don't think she feels quite as strongly about a relationship (same thing happened when we dated almost a year ago).

So there, I managed to squeeze two questions into one--let me know what I should do.
