I receive all my cashouts which I usually do 2 cashouts per week but never a fee and never a charge for using ach transfer direct to my bank account.
all my cashouts arrive within 72 hours in my bank account so I never had a problem either. I have had nothing but good customer service and relations with them. Also if you ever have problem while playing inside the card room just type in poker room manager and help is on the way!
Prima actually listened to me as I was trying to help them set up their multi=table tourny format. At first they wanted to make the blinds go up every 10 minutes, thats way to fast I said 15 minutes met me half way and raised it to 12 minutes [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] got them to increase the starting chips also.
